Prefer to eat home-cooked nutritious meals but don’t seem to have the time? If the shopping and clean-up are the worst part of healthy eating, then take part in REACH’s Sous Simple Suppers. Spend Thursday evenings at REACH, where the shopping is done for you. Four meals of 4 servings each will be prepared, with the participants
sharing the work. Bring your own containers, follow the simple instructions and prepare
‘heat and eat ‘ meals for your family.
Each week the menus will include a beef dish, a pork dish, a poultry dish and an alternative - whether a hearty
soup or a quiche, the meal can easily be completed with a quick salad or other side dish prepared at home.
